I slowly am learning to open up and let people in, confide in them and let others share my struggles with me. Sometimes I am disappointed by the things people say, or their lack of understanding. But at the same time I have been lifted up by others and surprised by people's compassion. And, everyone is so willing to pray for me. And that is a blessing.
So today I just really, really like this quote, and maybe someone else will too.
Everywhere in nature we are taught the lessons of patience and waiting. We want things a long time before we get them, and the fact that we want them a long time makes them all the more precious when they come.

*And I am super excited because it is Friday, we have an awesome Cowboy and Indians party to go to tonight, and it is general conference this weekend. Not to mention that it is 90 degrees outside! Yay.

I like this quote Chelsea! I have little patience, so that is good for me to hear! I could've used this quote a couple years ago when I was waiting not so patiently to become a mommy. I'm not sure what you are waiting for, but whatever it is, I hope it comes your way soon!
I love your quote :) and I'm glad you decided to open up... And I'm even more glad that we are hanging out tomorrow!! I've missed you
love this post and you
it is always reassuring to hear/read quotes like this! and the picture you posted of your neighborhood is so cute! and gluten/dairy/sugar free diet...how do you do it?!! that is impressive. p.s. i always think about you throwing the plate and someone's head at raintree and i crack up everytime i think about it!!
What a wonderful quote. Thanks for sharing. This is something everyone can use. You are one amazing girl and I love you so much. Thanks for your example!
What a wonderful hope-filled quote. Thank you for sharing it. And amen to what everyone else is saying. You're wonderful and in my prayers.
I love you Chels! Great quote. You know you are always included in my thoughts and prayers.
I'm with you - it is scary to completely open up. It is so comforting to know that people are there for us whatever we are going through. That is a wonderful quote.
We do need to get together soon, even before that Halloween party. . .
