We've all seen the cookie monster cupcakes on pinterest.
When Marcus and I saw this we laughed and laughed. So Sunday I was making a delicious, beautiful chocolate coconut cake (from The Little Red House) for a big family party. When I got it out of the pan and it basically fell to pieces we both couldn't stop laughing long enough to even get the words out...'nailed it'.

Ha ha! I've nailed a few baking adventures before too. Like last Sunday when I melted our magic bullet blender and the entire batch of batter tasted like electrical crap. That's the first one that came to mind since it's the most recent, but this post made me laugh. Loved the cookie monster cupcakes. Ha ha.
I swear half the things on Pinterest don't turn out as lovely as the pictures appear! haha. That's awesome chel. Bet it still tasted good though ??

Oh my gosh. I die every time I see that cookie monster thing! So funny! I guess it is better to laugh at the pinterests gone bad than to cry! Nailed it!
That is awesome! I so feel like that when I cook/bake things, and compare it to the picture. :)
